Refund and Returns Policy

We at Cap Barbell strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please carefully review our refund and returns policy outlined below.

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or request a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange after 30 days.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
    • Intimate or sanitary goods
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Certain health and personal care items

Return Process

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Return Address: Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer. Contact us for the correct return address.

Refund Conditions

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for:
    • Books with obvious signs of use
    • Opened media items (CDs, DVDs, software, video games, etc.)
    • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error
    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.  

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via email.

Gift Returns

  • Items Marked as Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Items Not Marked as Gifts: If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Deductions: If applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping Insurance: For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
